Biophysics: As it applies to nutrition, biophysics is the study of the energetic interactions in your body. Plainly stated, biophysics studies what happens when you eat a particular food. For example, if you consume table salt, your body will react to it like a poison. If you consume unrefined sea salt, the sea-salt will penetrate your cell walls without having to be metabolized by the body. Chemically both salts are "sodium chloride"; however, "biophysically" the "energetic interactions" that occur in your body are completely different. Biophysics helps us understand why it is so important to consume unrefined whole REAL foods.
Ayurveda: literally means "The Science of Life" or "Knowledge of Lifespan." It is simply the way to live your life. It includes healing strategies from India that work together to balance the body, mind and emotions.
Naturopathic: Naturopathy is the oldest known healing system. It includes a wide variety of healing modalities such as Ayurveda, Kemetic Healing Practices, Chinese Medicine, indigenous practices from the U.S. (such as the work of Hanna Kroeger), and all over the world.
